What projects are the best fit?
New websites, major redesigns, Shopify storefront improvements, focused landing pages, product interfaces and visual systems where stronger clarity or presentation can materially improve trust and customer action.
Do you use templates?
Existing platforms and proven interaction patterns can be useful, but the positioning, structure, visual direction and customer journey are shaped around the specific business. I do not force every client into the same generic demo layout.
Can you redesign an existing Shopify store?
Yes. Shopify work can include navigation, homepage hierarchy, collections, product pages, mobile UX, conversion friction, theme cleanup, supporting pages, SEO fundamentals and consistency across the storefront. The scope depends on what is actually limiting the store.
How does pricing work?
Projects are scoped around the work required, not an arbitrary package. After reviewing the project brief, I recommend the smallest useful scope and provide a clear quote before work begins. A focused landing page costs less than a complete Shopify or multi-page website build.
How long does a project take?
Timing depends on scope, content readiness, integrations, feedback speed and launch requirements. A focused page can move quickly. A complete website, Shopify build or product interface requires more time for strategy, responsive design, implementation and quality assurance. The schedule is defined with the scope.
How many revisions are included?
The proposal defines structured feedback rounds at the relevant stages. Feedback is evaluated against the agreed objectives rather than treated as unlimited visual experimentation. New requirements or a changed direction can be scoped as additional work.
Do I need all of my copy and images ready?
No, but content readiness affects the schedule. I can help establish messaging hierarchy, page structure, image direction and content requirements. Final factual claims, policies, pricing, product details and legal language remain the owner's responsibility.
Who owns the finished work?
Ownership and licensing are defined in the project proposal. In a typical engagement, the client receives the agreed final deliverables after final payment. Third-party fonts, apps, stock assets, software and platform services remain subject to their own licenses.
Will I be able to manage the site after launch?
That is the goal. Shopify sections, reusable components and content patterns are built to reduce unnecessary dependency. The handoff explains the important controls and any areas that should not be changed without review.
Is SEO included?
Technical and on-page SEO fundamentals are included when they are part of the scope: semantic headings, useful page architecture, metadata, internal links, image descriptions, responsive behavior and performance-conscious implementation. No ethical designer can guarantee search rankings, traffic or revenue.
Do you guarantee conversion results?
No. Design can improve clarity, credibility and friction, but business results also depend on the offer, traffic quality, pricing, product-market fit, operations and many other factors. Performance claims are made only when they are real and supportable.
How do I start?
Send a short project brief explaining the business, what is not working, the desired outcome, timing and approximate investment range. You will receive a focused response and recommended next step.
