Project Terms
General project terms
These general terms provide a practical starting point for TGO Designs client engagements. A project-specific proposal, statement of work, or agreement may add to or replace parts of these terms.
Scope
Work is limited to the deliverables and revision structure described in the approved proposal. New requests or material changes may require a revised timeline and additional fees.
Payment
Payment schedules are defined in the project proposal. Deposits reserve production capacity and are generally non-refundable once work begins.
Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for timely feedback, accurate information, legal rights to supplied content and assets, and required approvals.
Delays
Client delays may affect delivery dates and scheduling. Projects inactive for an extended period may require rescheduling or a restart fee.
Ownership
Final approved deliverables transfer according to the project agreement after all invoices are paid. TGO Designs retains ownership of unused concepts, internal methods, tools, and pre-existing materials.
Third-party services
Domains, hosting, apps, fonts, stock assets, platforms, payment providers, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and fees.
Portfolio rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, TGO Designs may display completed public-facing work in its portfolio and marketing.
